Battambang province military police arrested 67-year-man on December 30, 2009 at Krolor district by accusing him of raping three young girls, aged ranging from 10,11, and 14, at his home by giving a petty money to them in order to keep this secret from their parents.

According to Krolor district’s military police, a man who committed rape is Mok Sameourn, aka Sok, 76. While the three victim girls are living the same commune and the man denied the accusation.

So Dy said that the leak of this matter to victims’ parents after Mr. Sok raped them and stopped giving them money and then they told their mothers. As a result, their mother filed a complaint against him.

According to girls’ answers, Sok raped them each 10 times or at least 4 times since the beginning of December 2009 until he was caught.
